Fishing Guide in Fort Pierce

Fort Pierce Inlet is your gateway to the abundant waters of the Treasure Coast, offering incredible fishing charters for a diverse range of species.

On the Water

Fishing Fort Pierce

Fort Pierce provides fantastic access to both the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. We often start our day targeting Snook and Redfish in the lagoon's rich ecosystem, especially around the bridges and shallow flats. A short run offshore opens up opportunities for bottom fishing for Grouper and Snapper, or trolling for pelagics like King Mackerel and Wahoo. For the ultimate thrill, we can head further out from Fort Pierce in search of Sailfish and Mahi-Mahi. A charter with AA Fishing Charter - Aquaholics Aknotymous here means experiencing the best of both worlds.

Captain was in point. His girlfriend or wife, well let's just say was or is very protective of the gear which I get. Nevertheles, the experience could have been way better without her energy on board. Parent over shoulder type. Watching everyone like a hawk. I'm not ok with…

Fishing Fort Pierce FAQ

What are the best species to target when fishing out of Fort Pierce?
Depending on the season, you can target Snook, Redfish, and Crevalle Jack inshore. Offshore, our targets include Grouper, Snapper, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, and Sailfish. We also offer Shark fishing charters.
How does the fishing change throughout the year in Fort Pierce?
Spring and fall are excellent for offshore action with Mahi-Mahi and Sailfish migrations. Summer is prime time for inshore species like Snook and Tarpon (though Tarpon are not on our target list for this page, it's a common association with the area). Winter brings King Mackerel and Cobia closer to shore.
Is Fort Pierce a good starting point for a fishing guide trip?
